Here are steps to disassemble the flash and some pictures.<\/p>\n<p>the grey flash<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aidilj.com\/pictures\/nex_flash\/DSC03494.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Photobucket\"><\/p>\n<p>Remove the side tabs by prying them, they are held by double sided tape<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aidilj.com\/pictures\/nex_flash\/DSC03495.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Photobucket\"><\/p>\n<p>Remove the 4 black screws, 2 at each side<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aidilj.com\/pictures\/nex_flash\/DSC03496.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Photobucket\"><\/p>\n<p>Remove the small piece of metal and put it aside, this metal is so small.
