During the tuning, we noticed that once the engine touches any of the mapped boxes of the fuel map, the car judders. I’m not totally sure why but suspected that he way the engine does it injection may be different from what FIC expects.

After checking, the fuel firmware is z107, it is then updated z110. But since the new firmware is downloaded I haven’t tried any mapping to verify if it is indeed the cause of the problem.
